This preference is stored by your browser and is not transmitted to KaiTerm. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking between websites.
Paddle checkout
KaiTerm uses Paddle as its merchant of record and payment provider. The Paddle checkout script is not loaded during an ordinary visit. It is loaded only when you select a paid plan and ask to open checkout.
Once checkout is opened, Paddle may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate and secure checkout, prevent fraud, remember checkout state, and process payment. Paddle controls that processing under its own Privacy Notice and cookie information.
Analytics and advertising
KaiTerm does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioural tracking on this website.
Consent
We do not display a cookie-consent banner because the website does not place non-essential cookies on an ordinary visit. The theme preference is requested by your interaction and is used only to provide that preference. Paddle is loaded when you explicitly start checkout.
If we introduce analytics, advertising, or another non-essential use of cookies, we will update this policy and request consent before those technologies are used where required by law.
Managing stored data
You can remove the theme preference through your browser’s controls for cookies and site data. Blocking browser storage may prevent the website from remembering your selected theme. Paddle checkout storage can be managed through your browser and Paddle’s own privacy controls, although blocking storage may prevent checkout from working correctly.
