Refund Policy
KaiTerm Pro subscriptions are sold through Paddle. Refund requests are reviewed through Paddle and KaiTerm support using the policy below.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of the initial Pro purchase or renewal if KaiTerm Pro does not meet your needs or a billing mistake occurred.
When Refunds May Be Declined
Refunds may be declined for repeated abuse, chargeback misuse, requests outside the refund window, or accounts that violated the Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Use the Paddle receipt or billing support flow, or contact KaiTerm support with the email used for purchase, approximate purchase date, and reason for the request. Do not include payment card details.
After a Refund
Refunded subscriptions may lose Pro access. Local Standard features remain available, but Pro features such as encrypted sync, CSV import, clusters, startup automation, and advanced connection options require an active subscription.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Canceling does not automatically refund past charges unless the refund request is approved under this policy.
